Job Description
Arranges and facilitates special events and activities, and controls an event from conception to clean up. Coordinates details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events, and virtual events. Conducts research, scouts venues, assists in negotiations for space contracts, secures event space, and visits venue to plan, create, and revise room layout. Schedules speakers, vendors, and participants; and books talent, including musicians, bands, and disc jockeys.
