Customer Service Manager Trainee:
Drives new and existing sales within a geographic area while managing, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.

Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Ensures outstanding customer service including customer contract retention, professional customer service, management of accounts receivable, accurate reporting, and resolution of any customer concerns within an assigned geographic area. Makes sales presentations to prospective customers. Informs customers of new products, promotional products, and any special services. Addresses service complaints and works to resolve them. Coordinates and communicates customer complaints and possible resolutions to manager in a timely manner. Adheres to all company, local, State, and Federal polices, guidelines, and regulations. Files daily sales reports via computer and completes all paperwork.
