Operates machines to test circuit boards and moving parts and to listen to sounds of machines to locate causes of trouble. Disassembles machine and examines parts, such as circuit boards, gears, guides, rollers, and pinions for wear and defects. Repairs, adjusts, or replaces parts, using hand tools, power tools, and soldering and welding equipment. Cleans and oils moving parts.
