Answers incoming customer service telephone calls and gathers information from the caller to identify customer's needs. Investigates and attempts to resolve customer issues. Dispatches appropriate personnel as needed. Utilizes a computer system to research and resolve inquiries and logs customer calls. Updates computer system as necessary. Schedules appointments with customers as necessary. Collaborates with billing agent staff on customer related issues. Follows up with customers by telephone as necessary.
