Reviews requests for patient information to determine validity, accesses the specific patient information in the health record, and prints copies of the requested information.

Logs details of request for medical information. Locates, pulls, transfers, and refiles medical records. Delivers and retrieves patient charts from clinics and practitioners. Scans medical records and performs other clerical duties as needed. Prepares new patient charts, files medical information, and delivers patient charts.
