Supervises a staff that is responsible for verifying enrollment status and researching and resolving enrollment system problems. Typically requires at least three years of enrollment experience in a managed care environment.

Ensures that eligibility requirements are met and that member inquiries are answered in an accurate and professional manner. Performs regular data analysis of enrollment reports to identify problems so that areas of focus may be identified and resources may be appropriately deployed to resolve problem areas. Hires, develops, and motivates a qualified enrollment department staff. Researches and resolves major enrollment system rejections.
