Seeks information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations, needs, and desired benefits, and evaluates product or service alternatives. Responds effectively to customers requesting to return merchandise, cancel services, or close their accounts, determines reason for dissatisfaction, and offers possible alternatives.
