Monitors accounts receivable to ensure proper allocation of credits. Troubleshoots billing problems and offers constructive solutions to billing inquires. Contacts customers by telephone and mail regarding payments, banking programs, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, cancellations, and lapses. Analyzes and reports financial information. Prepares various reports for management such as outstanding accounts receivables and collections. Interacts with other departments and performs special tasks to obtain and/or coordinate customer billing and accounts receivable information. May supervise Billing Clerks.
