Manages the financial activities of multiple portfolios to include client reporting, cash management, preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, and general ledger maintenance. Develops and implements analyses supporting all portfolios under management. Analyzes and/or provides portfolio trends, performance versus expectation, strategy validation, and forecasting.
Plans and monitors all internal and client reporting deadlines. Reviews financial statements, budgets, analyses, and supporting schedules. Collaborates with Portfolio Manager and Financial Manager to prepare monthly/quarterly operational and reporting packages for clients. Provides financial information and return calculations. Monitors portfolio cash balances. Prepares and reviews all bank reconciliations and initiates cash wire transfers as needed. Coordinates client cash distributions. Processes portfolio level invoices for payment. Allocates and records corresponding journal entries. Coordinates accounts payable with regional offices.
