Develops contract strategy and negotiates contracts in accordance with company standards and business requirements. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. Establishes distributor and key/national account relationships and ensures they are managed properly. Oversees and approves budget planning and sales forecasting and prepares other reports for management as requested. Works in conjunction with and ensures support for sales administration, product development, marketing communications, and research. Assists with the preparation of manuals and technical publications. Communicates and enforces company policy and practices. Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates sales personnel.
