Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative:
Evaluates, reviews, and tests processes, software, and documentation associated with an organization's consumer loan services. Ensures all documentation is complete and submitted with applicable reports, reconciles loan documentation, completes branch audits, and reviews and verifies all sales and loan statistics to assist the Manager Quality Assurance & Compliance in the completion of branch audit reviews.

Monitors, identifies, and reports compliance related issues. Assists management with specialized audits and investigations and provides detailed summary reports accordingly. Maintains tracking system to monitor quality assurance and compliance activities. Monitors audits to ensure that proper compliance and corrective action steps have been taken. Recommends corrective action as needed. Conducts quality assurance testing to ensure that application software systems function properly and according to the business standards and end-user specifications and requirements. Identifies and documents problems detected with the testing process. Ensures that all problems are communicated to all members of the project team including Programmers, Project Analysts, and/or Quality Assurance Analysts. Retests original problems to ensure their resolution and provides further documentation on the resolution of the problems. Ensures that all documentation of test results is thoroughly reported and that all problems are resolved and no others have developed.
