Ensures that program and project management processes are applied consistently and effectively across all assigned initiatives. Creates and applies standardized project management methodologies, including project definition, planning, risk management, project control, and change management, to ensure a repeatable project delivery process. Collaborates with senior management to establish program and project priorities, and ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives. Creates tools for project planning, delivery, management, tracking, communication, and key performance metrics. Monitors, tracks, and reports on the status of programs against budget, timelines, and scope to program/project teams and leadership. Evaluates and mitigates overall program risks. Forecasts the potential impact of program initiatives and enhancements. Creates and improves the delivery and results of programs/projects by developing program/project management, requirements management, and change management best practices, processes, tools, and techniques.
