Job Description
Supervises the operations of an assigned territory that involves railroad track inspection and repairs, including replacing rails, ties, switches, and ballasts. Oversees activities of railroad track workers, Track Inspectors, and hy-rail operations. Promotes safety of the railroad crew by conducting job audits and safety meetings. Safeguards tracks that fail inspections and compliance, and assures appropriate remedial action is taken to immediately create safe conditions for trains and crews.
