Ascertains status of user and what action needs to be taken after evaluating an alert to fraudulence. Prevents and mitigates financial loss by helping to develop standard processes and procedures. Uses tools such as a case management system, and fraud... detection software that identifies patterns and trends to assist in the reduction of fraud loss. Provides feedback and escalates issues to management regarding unusual activity, transactions, and concerns for customer care.
