Job Description
Manages and oversees the daily activities of the sales support staff. Evaluates sales processes and collaborates with Account Managers and top sales officers. Identifies opportunities for sales support to make the entire sales process more efficient, and measures the results of activities. Communicates effectively with and supports Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Operations, IT, and other departments. Assists in introducing new products or services and in determining and reaching revenue and growth targets.
