Supervises restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards. Resolves customer inquiries and complaints and maintains a welcoming dining atmosphere to enhance the customer experience. Manages daily restaurant operations, including scheduling employee shifts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Trains new employees, provides guidance on company procedures,... and confirms staff familiarity with menu items and service standards. Reviews the financial information of the restaurant, tracks expenses, controls costs, and assists with budget management. Oversees food preparation processes, ensuring dishes meet established quality standards in terms of portion size, presentation, and taste. Handles opening and closing of the restaurant and assures readiness for business following closing procedures.
