Job Description
Gives administration support to the Proposal Manager by preparing PFQs, questionnaires, pre-qualifications, tenders, and proposals for current and potential customers. Works with the Proposal Manager to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests for quotation (RFQs). Processes RFQs and assesses the RFQ requirements and deadlines. Assists in all parts of proposal processes and activities; prepares bills of materials, procurement... cost estimates, labor cost estimates, account renewals, manufacturing plans, etc., and ensures that bids are submitted per customer requirements.
