Provides patient care in the clinic, hospital, and other care settings with ambulatory care under the oversight of the clinical site director. Writes, revises and monitors assigned curricular areas and reviews and revises curriculum at least annually. Acts as an advisor for assigned residents, including meeting with advisees, preparing documentation for advisee(s), and developing individualized learning plans. Supervises care provided by residents in the hospital that complies with regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and hospital regulations, and medical staff bylaws.
