Manages the day to day operations of a Fraud Prevention team who review losses associated with identity theft and fraudulent transactions. Identifies, monitors, and documents fraud risks, threats, and trends. Contributes to the creation of a fraud prevention program and enforces adherence to its framework. Presides over thorough investigations of escalated fraud cases. Researches new trends of fraudulence and recommends... upgrades to existing systems and processes to maintain a strong internal control environment.
