Oversees an organization's information security and heads the management of the IT security risks of the organization throughout the lifecycle of the data, utilizing the knowledge of the location of critical or vital data and information, what the organization's risk threshold is if the data become compromised, and how to protect the data while supporting the organization's business objectives.
