Conducts preventative maintenance, including replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels of HVAC systems, inspecting pipes and wiring connections, replacing lightbulbs, inspecting elevator electrical controls, testing sprinklers and fire alarms, monitoring the roof, walls, and windows for... damage, general cleaning and painting, and other building system maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures. Reviews building systems, equipment, and building engineering procedures to improve energy efficiency and assure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes.
