Job Description
Assists in managing and controlling costs on construction projects, which may include cost planning, labor allocations, value engineering, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, lifecycle costing, valuation, and cost estimation. Assists in preparing standardized schedules for a building project in which all of the construction materials, labor activities, etc., are quantified and against which competing builders can submit bids. Works within a team on construction projects, the team consisting of Construction Director, Contracts Manager, and Surveyor.
