Supervises estimators and drafters in drawing up specifications, instructions, and cost estimates for installation of gas or electric-power distribution systems: studies work orders or construction proposals and selects appropriate survey procedures and schedules work assignments. Reviews completed construction drawings and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.
