Directs and analyzes business or operating objectives, procedures, and programs to devise the most efficient methods of developing management structure. Develops, implements, and oversees management training and development activities. Directs the planning, gathering information on, analyzing, and organizing of management assessment and utilization programs, measuring performance, employee motivation, career development, and management succession.
