Job Description:

Directs and manages all activities of trust division including business development and policies to maintain and promote the growth of established investments. Reviews and recommends or rejects investment opportunities and establishes favorable fee schedules. Reviews and supervises various trust and management account investments. Coordinates trust activities relative to creating and administering personal, corporate, probate, and court-ordered guardianship trusts in accordance with terms creating trust, will, or court order. Coordinates realization of assets, liquidation of liabilities, and payment of debts for trusts. Coordinates disbursement of funds according to conditions of trust or needs of court ward or beneficiary. Determines methods and procedures for carrying out program, and assists in interpreting policies and practices. Directs or conducts management studies, prepares workload and budget estimates for specified or assigned operations, analyzes operational reports, and submits activity reports. Coordinates operating activities with other departments and makes recommendations to improve operations. Oversees and ensures security and maintenance of trust documents, files, records, and negotiable instruments. Oversees maintenance of all records and information regarding taxes and apprises officers of situations that could potentially affect accounts.
