Job Description:

Directs and coordinates activities of those engaged in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers. Selects subordinates to supervise workers investigating and verifying financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications. Assigns responsibility for collecting on non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks and delinquent bills to specific supervisors. Reviews and evaluates applications, substantiated data, and recommendations, in order to determine credit validity. Establishes credit limitations on customer's account.
