Coordinates group insurance customer billing and accounts receivable. Performs work under direct supervision. This is an entry-level position that typically does not require experience. Contacts customers by telephone and mail regarding payments, banking programs, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, cancellations, and lapses. Discusses reinstatements with customers. Analyzes and reports financial information.
