Job Description:

Develops and implements an effective marketing plan. Manages the marketing services staff and implements strategies relative to the development and management of an effective marketing plan. Typically requires a bachelor's degree with seven years of client services or marketing experience. Designs and implements programs to maintain positive relationships between the health plan, physicians, providers, and practice managers. Develops marketing materials and communications for employers and plan members. Maintains awareness of the competitive environment and develops appropriate product and sales strategies. Works with Account Executives to service client groups and assists in the development and management of strategic accounts. Oversees hiring, developing, and managing a qualified staff concerned with the maintenance and expansion of client relationships within the health plan. Oversees preparation, coordination, and delivery of plan performance presentations. Identifies supporting strategies for product and program pricing, retention, and net revenue growth.
