Job Description:

Provides EAP (Employee Assisted Program) services to companies under contract as well as internal employee, including assessment, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and referral of employees. Interfaces with troubled employees. Evaluates data gathered relative to the medical or psychiatric plan of treatment. Contributes to the design and implementation of mechanisms for evaluating utilization of service, client satisfaction, supervisor satisfaction, and program efficiency. Organizes and compiles statistical information for monthly and annual reports. May provide services to specific companies under contract or may be dedicated to internal employees.
