Coordinates and analyzes group insurance customer billing and accounts receivable. Performs most work independent of direct supervision. Typically requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer billing and accounts receivable. Contacts customers by telephone and mail regarding payments, banking programs, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, cancellations, and lapses.
