Manages the daily electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. Develops and implements strategies for electronic data interchange capabilities to ensure the quality and flow of all EDI transactions. Studies and develops new EDI solutions for business operations, involving needs analysis studies, project plans, and status reports. Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new EDI systems, enhancements, and upgrades. Implements and maintains EDI communications and trading partner routings, and resolves trading partner's technical problems. Performs audits to ensure the quality of the data provided.
