Job Description:

Directs and guides the product management team, and develops and improves the product platform and its yield. Supports the long-term economic performance for organization's or client's product. Assists with management and development of the product definition. Develops annual product plans and drives ongoing product decisions and product improvements. Manages overall product requirements and development plan, making sure the product development process can go smoothly. Manages overall product priorities and launch timing. Collaborates with engineering team to make sure there is a balance between business and product requirements and technical feasibility. Communicates, coordinates, and negotiates with the marketing and sales group. Works in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure product features/functions are delivered on time and within budget to support overall business objectives. Assumes accountability for revenue and profit targets and other yearly business metrics for the product. Partners with research community, product development, strategic technology group, client service organization, field enablement, and other internal and external stakeholders and senior management to ensure that overall product performance and economics goals are met. Defines and manages operational changes to existing products, such as website navigation, user interface, content update frequency, content shelf life, service goals, user experience, and expectations.
