Job Description:

Directs the planning, design, implementation, and administration of both the compensation and benefits functions for the organization, including participating in the development of plans and the hiring and termination of key employees. Oversees the review and effectiveness of company compensation and benefit practices, programs, policies, and guidelines. Collaborates in the development of a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, retirement, and other ancillary benefits and initiatives. Researches and analyzes trends affecting pay and benefits to assess how the organization can improve its practices. Oversees qualified retirement plan participation. Assists in the accounting for insurance funded plans. Administers stock option plans. Administers long-term incentive plans with equity characteristics, such as long-term bonuses, restricted stock, stock appreciation plans, etc. Participates in the relocation of key personnel. Less
