Job Description:

Processes incoming orders for procedures and assists in the development of radiographs. Assists in processing radiographs in a large Radiology Department. Works with Radiologic Technologist in setting up equipment. Files and retrieves records and films. Provides reception for patients and visitors. Mounts radiographs and prints and matches negatives, slides, and prints to original orders. Depending upon the work location, the Dark Room Attendant may have contact with faculty, patients, and physicians. Maintains laboratory or dark room. Orders and stocks appropriate supplies.
