Job Description:

Acts as a Lead for the Customer Service function by setting goals, monitoring results, appraising performance, and providing counseling, training, and coaching to foster improved performance. Performs standard customer service duties and account management on select key customer accounts. Answers incoming customer service telephone calls and gathers information from the caller to identify customer's needs. Investigates and attempts to resolve customer issues. Dispatches appropriate personnel as needed. Utilizes a computer system to research and resolve inquiries and logs customer calls. Updates computer system as necessary. Schedules appointments with customers as necessary. Collaborates with billing agent staff on customer related issues. Follows up with customers by telephone as necessary. Investigates and resolves problems escalated through lower level staff. Escalates more complex issues to Supervisor/Manager as necessary. Less
