Job Description:

Provides technical expertise for the integration of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Identifies, analyzes, designs, and implements solutions to meet end user requirements. Prepares functional development specifications and potential system configuration changes. Evaluates clients' business processes and requirements as they relate to sales and customer service functions and then determines and documents ways to improve them using CRM. Configures the CRM application to match clients' needs. Designs and tests custom software modifications to CRM. Solves technical software issues. Utilizes a variety of technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems. Assists technical team in mapping integration processes. Prepares implementation plans with the business sponsor to determine rollout schedules. Provides project scope and budget management. Ensures the completion and quality of all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and tracks outstanding project issues through resolution. Establishes and executes project communication plans. Develops quality assurance test plans. Creates and maintains test scripts and participates in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups. Trains users.
