Job Description:

Plans, develops, and establishes policies, objectives, and programs of the international sales function to grow company revenue in accordance with strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Maximizes sales opportunities across all company sales platforms. Confers with organization officials to plan international sales objectives, formulate and administer international sales policies, coordinate international sales functions, and coordinate international sales development. Develops strong client relationships and oversees management of sales campaigns. Stays abreast of new or upcoming sales aids, processes, and techniques. Interprets market intelligence and industry trends. Evaluates the market position of competing products, services, and organizations as well as their marketing and sales techniques. Devises international sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Directs all international sales personnel. Directs the preparation and submission of required sales activity, operations, and budget reports. Formulates and recommends new policies and programs as the need arises. Interprets and enforces company policies and practices. Ensures the adequacy of training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. Less
