Job Description:

Plans and arranges accommodations and other travel services for business clients. Makes reservations for all elements of business travel, including scheduled flights, hotel accommodation, car hire, and rail. Receives inquiries from existing business travel clients and follows inquiries through to booking stage. Converses with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. Computes cost of travel and accommodations. Books transportation and hotel reservations. Provides transportation carrier tickets. Collects payment for travel arrangement fees, transportation, and accommodations. Plans itineraries and arranges accommodations and other travel services for customers. Provides customer with travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, and special events occurring in various locations, or foreign country regulations, such as consular requirements and currency limitations. Prints or requests transportation carrier tickets. Plans, describes, arranges, and sells travel services.
