Job Description:

Acquires, develops, maintains, and strengthens banking relationships with commercial and corporate clients, and seeks to develop new business through various channels such as cross-sales and working referrals. Identifies appropriate needs-based product solution fit, and recommends appropriate loan programs, investments, and capital sources to help grow clients’ businesses. Provides financial advice to business clients with a focus on client experience and risk management. Develops, maintains, and grows clients’ financial portfolios, and manages the risk and quality of their overall portfolio. Develops relationship strategies through market and customer needs analysis, including problem solving solutions. Studies the commercial banking industry and specific markets related to each corporate business account. Studies economic reports and regular updates on the market conditions associated with clients’ businesses to help make strategic capital decisions. Identifies cross-sells opportunities for each client to generate maximum revenue growth. Consults with internal partners on products beyond basic loan structuring and pricing. May supervise Commercial Loan Officers and other financial institution employees who communicate with clients, sell services, and provide other services to existing business accounts. Less
