Job Description:

Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in the ethical, strategic, and profitable management and organization of the facility or organization. Aids the Executive Director/Administrator in monitoring and managing overall facility performance. Performs comprehensive marketing activities. Provides liaison support between the Board of Directors and various departments. Assists in the development of business plans to meet financial and business goals and local market demands and works to ensure that financial and quality performance objectives are met. Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in designing, implementing, directing, and evaluating departmental programs and carrying out departmental missions. Prepares reports evaluating the impact, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs. Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Communicates the Executive Director/Administrator's views and desires to supervisors for implementation. Monitors program operations and identifies and reports potential and actual problem areas. Drafts statements, press releases, and speeches for the Executive Director/Administrator on programmatic issues. Participates in budget preparation.
