Job Description:

Sells annuity products and services and gives customer service in person, by telephone, or by mail. Controls assigned territory marketing and sales activities to achieve annuity sales goals within budgeted expenses and compliance with all company policies. Builds and increases relationships in designated geographic territory. Calls on new clients using phone calls, individual and group meetings, workshops, presentations, etc., to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Determines customer's financial services needs and communicate services and products that address these needs. Performs transactional work for customers. Conducts existing client account reviews. Creates an initial business plan and executes plan with quarterly updates. Attends and participates in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows. Meets or exceeds individual monthly sales goals. Maintains files and supplies of promotional materials. Analyzes investment performance data. Prepares for future sales presentations. Develops, presents, and helps implement financial plans. Reports daily sales activities, territory growth progress, competitive intelligence, and improvement opportunities to internal sales specialist, Sales Managers, and other interested parties as appropriate.
