Job Description:

Provides programming support for the production of statistical summaries. Extracts, manipulates, summarizes, analyzes, and presents statistical data. Provides programming analysis of datasets and data displays. Performs program validation, data entry form annotation, and testing of data mapping. Drafts programming requirements from statistical analysis plan. Makes tactical decisions on defined aspects of programming and processes/standards used in its development. Understands data structure, how programming deliverables fit in to a process, and what types of data are collected. Proposes and implements solutions to technical coding issues. Asks critical questions, identifies issues, explores options, and make suggestions. Provides technical mentorship to junior programmers. May lead programming teams and projects.
