Job Description:

Directs and oversees all aspects of plan policy changes according to company guidelines. Develops, implements, and communicates policies and practices concerning policy changes and related costs. Manages the design, development, management, writing, and revision of corporate policies and documents submitted by authorized authors. Ensures consistency and applicability across all business/department lines. Manages and participates in writing policy and documents and ensures their effective implementation. Coordinates the production, communication, and distribution of manual and related materials and develops and controls needed distribution systems. Coordinates with technology group to design, maintain, and refine a company-wide system to track and trend survey information, policy waiver requests, and industry changes that may necessitate policy changes and other critical data elements. Interfaces with technology group and external vendor(s) as appropriate to research and manage the conversion of policy manuals to a network-based, library format to allow for electronic manual capabilities. Ensures confidentiality and security of the manual databases. Ensures that all company manuals are current and accurate.
