Job Description:

Develops short- and long-range plans for franchises' products or services growth, and implements plans through the organization. Establishes, directs, and reviews performance standards in operations, purchasing, and production to ensure that effective, controlled, and coordinated efforts are achieved. Develops, institutes, and maintains controls and procedures to ensure consistency in product or service. Assesses operational standards and promotes operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction. Analyzes market trends and economic conditions to forecast sales potential in individual areas. Shares best demonstrated practices to build sales and reduce costs. Partners with franchisees to achieve business goals and objectives. Introduces new products, services, and systems. Provides subject matter expertise and training support. Handles or assists with any unresolved customer complaints, and coordinates the follow up on those complaints. Ensures a safe work environment by directing adherence to all safety and security procedures and rules. Monitors, directs, and coordinates effective safety and health standards. Interviews, hires, supervises, and guides all management level associates in the industry discipline. Conducts performance evaluations and training sessions with managers within region or division. Ensures that management is covering all hours of every shift to ensure constant supervision of each department. Provides associates with the necessary tools or equipment they need to perform their jobs. Prepares sales, costs, profit budgets, and forecasts. Implements and oversees approved budget, and operates within established guidelines with regards to costs, expenses, sales, and profits. Prepares regular sales and payroll forecasts. Analyzes and monitors profit and loss statements. Reviews and approves all franchise performance reviews, hires, job transfers, warning notices, counseling sessions, and terminations. May function as a liaison between franchisor and franchisee. May schedule, evaluate, and direct all franchise personnel and provide disciplinary action when necessary. Less
