(2) places pipe in expanding machine and starts machine that forces mandrels into end to expand pipe to specified diameter. (3) starts machine that inserts and expands cylindrical element within pipe to enlarge pipe to specified diameter. Pushes pipe along conveyor rolls to expander block.
