Job Description:

Provides professional, administrative, supervisory, and managerial direction in the planning, organizing, and implementation of the overall activities of the division. Develops, analyzes, and implements policies and procedures. Collaborates with senior management and various teams to ensure organization's vision and growth goals are met. Oversees daily sales, business development, and/or community outreach activities for the division. Performs long-term strategic planning, technology planning, and results measurement. Oversees and directs the execution, follow up, and sustainability of planned operating improvements. Participates in research and development project teams. Manages the annual planning and budget process for the division. Performs monthly forecasting and reporting of sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability. Reviews purchases for the division and monitors spending plans for marketing and sales, including actual versus budget analysis. Presents financial trends and issues to management. Interfaces with regulatory officials, prepares and negotiates operating permits, and ensures regulatory compliance. Represents the organization before industry association, regulatory agencies, community groups, etc. Oversees the efficient and safe work activities of all division employees, providing assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees with their needs and resolving problems as required.
