Communicates patient's treatment options proposed by the physician to the patient and/or legal guardian and schedules treatment. Compiles insurance information, including plan coverage, exclusions and limitations to determine patient financial responsibility. Prepares financial agreements with patient and/or legal guardian. Monitors patient's progress to ensure completion of treatment plan. Assists patients with questions about treatment plan, billing, and post-treatment care.
