Job Description:

Supports hospitals, clinics, and skilled nursing facilities in the evaluation, placement, and admittance of patients for healthcare services. Markets clinical services and develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources. Develops and implements strategic planning for territory management, follow through, and continual growth as it relates to clinical services. Performs daily marketing and community education calls including face-to-face contact, telemarketing, and written correspondence. Educates referral sources and obtains referral source contacts. Identifies appropriate patients for clinical services provided by the organization and completes pre-admission clinical assessments. Communicates with patients, family members, providers, payors, and staff to ensure effective admission process. Begins the admission process after obtaining initial intake information and accepting physician orders. Interfaces with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers, such as discharge planners, social workers, and health care coordinators, to promote clinical services provided by the organization. Serves as company liaison to clients to resolve problems and provide information on services and maintain positive relations. Collaborates with other Account Executives, Executive Director, and Regional Sales Manager to develop business plan and strategy for local market. Implements business plan for local market and reports progress and results to Regional Sales Manager. Maintains organized account information on each client, tracks sales data, and identifies key accounts and potential problems.
