Job Description:

Directs and oversees the organization's production operations. Communicates the organization's direction related to production, and implements and delegates all organizational policies and practices. Stays informed of and understands all aspects of the organization's production processes, including all related State and Federal regulations and policies as well as new technologies and practices. Promotes and represents the organization through participation on industry committees/boards, attendance at trade shows, and business networking. Visits and evaluates production sites. Delegates responsibility throughout the organization with the goal of maximizing productivity and quality. Develops and implements all standard operating procedures (SOPs), timelines, and schedules for the organization's production departments. Provides organizational leadership by establishing and communicating expectations and providing a clear vision. Implements policies and practices that contribute to the achievement of the strategic needs and goals of the organization. Sets organizational production and performance objectives and provides support and guidance to meet these goals. Ensures continuous improvement of the organization and its procedures and products.
