Job Description:

Directs and oversees all manufacturing activities at the operating level, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules as well as the effective and efficient use of facilities and personnel. Manages all aspects of manufacturing operations, including employee development, performance management, budget planning, goal alignment, project execution, and policy deployment. Develops and executes production plan for operations, supporting the planning of production schedules and coordination of material requirements. Collaborates with other departments during planning and process improvement activities to ensure timely completion of all operational areas' objectives and milestones. Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs. Drives all manufacturing operations activities to ensure staffing, materials, and equipment meet product service levels and quality specifications, as well as compliance with regulatory requirement. Creates, tracks, and manages project budgets, timelines, tasks, responsibilities, and activities to meet customer expectations. Identifies and tracks metrics for monitoring manufacturing and process performance and/or consistency. Drives product cost improvements using lean manufacturing tools.
